we had a commercial office building in Redmond experiencing a persistent leak at a TPO roof drain. i call a other company called ready rooter and they where all a scam and didn't ever work with this time of work before and they up charge me, but i call simple star solution LLC, the owner Miguel came and was strait forward with me about the process of the work and price. him and his whole crew got it done in one day. everything look great. with the other company ready rooter was a month of work and still was leaking, but i was happy when i found simple star solutions LLC. great company great people to work with. the owner Miguel was honest and great person to work with.

I wanted to have my roof cleaned because of growth of stuff next to the shingles. Also, the gutters seemed filled and had stuff growing out of them. Miguel from Simple Star Solutions inspected my roof and gave me a reasonable offer to clean and apply treatment. His team worked all day cleaning it and took all the material away. They took photos so I could see the gutters and everything really looks nice now. I will ask them to come back when the roof needs cleaning.

Started the jobs almost on time. Took pictures where we could not see from the outside before and after the job. Came soon after something wrong happened and repaired. Totally, very professional and highly recommend.

Simple Star Solutions replaced my house’s full roof, and I’m so happy with the quality of their work. Miguel was easy to work with, polite, and kind, and they completed the job on time. They also used quality materials, and I was pleased with their price. Miguel helped me choose the right materials for the shingles and vents, and he gave me great explanations and suggestions. He really is a true professional roof expert, and he’s such a talented and skilled person. I highly recommend them, and I honestly wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars!

I had a bathroom vent that output to the roof that broke and was leaking water into the attic/house. Miguel was very responsive and was able to come out to fix it the next day. He performed the work quickly and did an excellent job.

I had a small leak from vent area and called Miguel. He responded in a same day and scheduled for estimate right away. And next day of estimate visit, he just fixed and explained what the cause of leak was and did find another issue and fixed it as well. I appreciated his professionalism.

Called Simple Star Solutions roofing to repair a recurring roof leak. They arrived the same day at the time promised and fixed the leak by installing custom flashing. The price was also reasonable. Great service!
